Progressive Fitness Development features two training options: CrossFit group training and personalized training programs. During your free consultation, we will help determine which program is best suited for you based on your individual goals.

Crossfit

Progressive Fitness Development is home to CrossFit MNC.  This is a group – based fitness program that focuses on GPP (General Physical Preparedness). The program spends time working on several areas of fitness to include, but not limited to, strength training, conditioning, endurance and stamina as well as developing new physical skills.

Aside from making sure that each day includes some strength work and some conditioning, our program doesn’t overemphasize or focus on any one aspect of fitness. Instead this program designed to improve all areas of fitness equally to create a high level of GPP so that you are capable of handling anything that life throws your way.
